How to Knit: a TWISTED TRIM in GARTER STITCH & STOCKINETTE STITCH | Sturdy Cast-On Edge Pattern

This knitting tutorial demonstrates how to knit a twisted starting edge, shortly after casting on. The resulting edging is firm and sturdy.

This pattern is very easy to follow, and also very easy to alter depending on your requirements; you can space the twists closer together or further apart, for instance, or knit more or fewer rows before the twists.

I hope you enjoy this video :)
